Solo Guests Are Welcome
You do not need to bring a companion. The tour may proceed with only one confirmed guest, subject to the availability of the selected date and activities.
Solo guests may be personally accompanied by a CEO’s Japan concierge throughout the experience. Your concierge can assist with transportation, check-in, sightseeing, photographs, and other arrangements, helping you feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for from beginning to end.

Fun Games for Every Tour
Fun activities will be prepared according to the final number of guests.
Individual challenges and simple games will be available for solo guests and smaller groups. When more guests join the same schedule, additional social activities will be included.
When at least 20 paid participants are confirmed for the same date, guests will enjoy an expanded surprise group-games program featuring more activities, exciting challenges, and additional prizes.
Tour Schedule
TheCEO’s Signature Connection Experience is available year-round. Guests may select their preferred date during booking.
Advance payment is required to reserve the requested date. The selected date remains subject to activity and transportation availability. Once confirmed, CEO’s Japan will provide the complete meeting time, meeting point, itinerary, and other important information.
If the preferred date is unavailable, the guest will be offered an alternative available date or the applicable refund option.
Participation Fee
Female Guest: ¥30,000 per person
Male Guest: ¥35,000 per person
The regular participation fees apply when at least two guests join the same schedule.
Private Solo Experience with Personal Concierge
Solo Female Guest: ¥45,000
Solo Male Guest: ¥50,000
The solo rate includes personal CEO’s Japan concierge assistance and arrangements for a private one-guest experience.
Transportation arrangements may vary depending on the final number of participants.

CEO’S VIP CONCIERGE – BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
This policy applies to CEO’s VIP Concierge tours, transportation, flights, and arranged travel experiences.
BOOKING & PAYMENT
• Reservations are confirmed only after full payment and schedule confirmation.
• Availability may change until payment is completed.
• Prices and inclusions are based on the specific experience selected.
CUSTOMER CANCELLATION
• 10–8 days before the confirmed date: 20% cancellation fee
• 7–2 days before the confirmed date: 30% cancellation fee
• One day before the confirmed date: 40% cancellation fee
• On the confirmed date: 50% cancellation fee
• No-show or cancellation after the experience has started: 100% cancellation fee
SCHEDULE CHANGES
You may request one schedule change free of charge at least four days before the confirmed date, subject to availability. Requests made within three days are subject to the applicable cancellation fee.
WEATHER, SAFETY & OPERATIONAL CHANGES
Experiences may be rescheduled, modified or cancelled because of weather, safety requirements, traffic, facility closures or other operational conditions. When the service operator cancels an experience, customers will be offered a reschedule or refund according to the applicable provider policy.
Some hotels, restaurants, transport operators and activity providers may have separate or stricter cancellation conditions. Any service-specific terms disclosed before payment will take priority.
PUNCTUALITY & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers must arrive at the confirmed meeting point on time and provide complete and accurate passenger information. Late arrival may shorten the experience or result in a missed departure without a refund.
ADDITIONAL HELICOPTER SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
• Maximum combined passenger and personal-item weight: 300 kg
• Maximum weight per passenger seat: 120 kg
• No checked baggage or cargo space is available
• Only small personal items that can remain safely on the passenger’s lap are permitted
• Accurate passenger weight and identification details are required for flight safety
