Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed only after full payment and written confirmation of your selected tour date and pickup details.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Cancellation more than 48 hours before the tour: Full refund.
• Cancellation within 48 hours of the tour: Non-refundable.
• No-show or late arrival resulting in a missed tour: Non-refundable.
• One date change may be requested more than 48 hours before the tour, subject to availability.
• If the tour is cancelled by the organizer due to unsafe weather, volcanic restrictions, transportation suspension, or another safety concern, guests may choose a full refund or rescheduling.

Tour Changes
The itinerary may be adjusted because of weather, traffic, attraction closures, safety restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
